Refunds
Wooly Owl Fibers does not accept refunds at this time. Upon ordering, your order will be processed and shipped the same day. 

What if my item is lost in the mail? 

Sometimes this happens, and it's a shame! But I suggest that you contact the post office and open a claim. Once the order has left my possession, I am no longer accountable for the transit.
